Our Philosophy

Here, at Little Wonders we strive to provide a home from home atmosphere. We aim to enhance a child's development by supporting and complementing the parent's roles and values. We recognize that parents lead busy lives and strive for the best care available for their children when they are not with them. We realize the importance of regular communication between teachers and parents. By working with parents, listening to them and providing advice we are able to build a positive relationship. We operate a Home Book system whereby teachers and parents can write messages to each other. This is not intended to replace parent/teacher face to face interactions, it is simply to enhance it.

We recognize each and every child's individuality and aim to develop the whole child. Every child will have the opportunity to grow emotionally, socially, intellectually, creatively and physically. Our qualified and experienced staff provide high quality child care in a fun, interactive and safe learning environment. Our high staff to child ratio means that each child receives the individual attention they need. With our flexible curriculum we aspire to offering a stimulating balance between learning and play. Children are accomplished active learners and have a natural curiosity for the world around them. They enjoy experiencing things first hand. Our monthly themed curriculum allows them to learn through hands on exploration and investigation. Our beautifully equipped rooms encourage children to use their imagination whilst at play. Our stimulating program is delivered in a warm, caring and loving atmosphere. We hope, in turn that this will create responsible members of the community who are able to creatively solve problems and are prepared for lifelong learning.
